I have enjoyed Falooda. I hope that you do too. If you cannot figure out what I am talking about, let's just forget the whole article.
I have located a restaurant in a very busy bazar in old Nashik. The man who makes Falooda the royal Mughal Drink, is my friend, Maqbul Fida Hussein, not the guy who made Madhuri Dixit and nude Saraswati famous, just M.F. Hussein 'Maqbulli,'
to his thousands of very satisfied customers. He makes just about the most delicious 'Falooda,' this side of Teheran and Beijing, China, where Mughals also held court for centuries.
Falooda
is the best concoction that Mughal dynasty brought to India from none other than a place called the Persian Empire, now called Iran.
If you do not know what I am talking about, then, I am afraid that my describing this wonderful cold drink is useless. Just keep doing what you do and denounce me in public.
...and I am Sid Harth
Connoseurto the people who have a good-fortune of being real Indian, period.
